Err no you can't! check out my email addy. MOD. I merely called Comms at MI in London and you were traced within 1 hour. IP masking doesn't work on MI channels including US. Mr Gates co-operated with that.
I didn't attempt an email as I can't be arsed with someone who posts nasty comments just for kicks.
When I was 22 I was away protecting people not insulting them.
I don't need to hide on the net as I have nothing to hide for.

If you run a Tracert command (In dos, if your a windows user) on that IP address and run a DNS lookup on that final destination - I think you will find your results will conatin a Proxy server somewhere in the Northern United States:

This technique is called 'IP masking' Part of many other techniques one can perform with a shred of intelligence and incase you didn't know, My IP is dynamic, not static, so 'logging' it as you put it, was a futile effort - although i do wonder where you 'logged' it to.

The email address is obviously fraudulent also, as i'm sure your aware as you will have already received a response of the address not existing when trying to exhaust your dull wit in the form of an email.

2 types of people should stay clear of subjects they don't know about. Numbskulls like you, are one of them.

So in response - Yes sir, i can hide on the net.
